As the founder of Mentally Grounded, LLC I help individuals restore their connection to themselves and their loved ones, build self-compassion and help my clients courageously approach difficult emotions. At Mentally Grounded, we serve adults, teens, families and couples. Many of our clients are:

Used to help family members improve communication and resolve conflict. Family sessions can teach you skills to help you deepen family connections and get through stressful times.
